Trump dijo que EE. UU. no buscaba prorrogar un acuerdo provisional alcanzado con Irán en junio. El memorando exigía el fin inmediato y permanente de las operaciones militares y daba a ambas partes hasta 60 días para negociar un acuerdo definitivo.
