L'Iran attaque des pétroliers, les États-Unis ripostent - Les marchés se préparent à une crise plus grave

De nouvelles frappes américaines et l'escalade des attaques contre le transport maritime alimentent de nouvelles craintes concernant l'approvisionnement énergétique mondial et la stabilité des marchés.

Les États-Unis ont lancé une troisième nuit consécutive de frappes militaires contre l'Iran après que le président Donald Trump a annoncé le retour d'un blocus naval visant la marine marchande iranienne. Parallèlement, les tensions dans le détroit d'Hormuz se sont intensifiées alors que l'Iran attaquait des pétroliers et multipliait ses opérations de missiles et de drones à travers le Golfe.

Le Commandement central des États-Unis a déclaré que sa dernière opération de cinq heures visait les systèmes de défense côtière iraniens, des sites de missiles et de drones ainsi que des actifs maritimes, y compris des zones situées près de Bandar Abbas, Bouchehr, Jask, Chah Bahar, Konarak et de l'île d'Abu Musa.

Cette nouvelle offensive fait suite à l'annonce de Trump selon laquelle les États-Unis rétabliraient leur blocus du transport maritime iranien et imposeraient une taxe de 20 % sur les cargaisons transitant par le détroit d'Hormuz.

Les Émirats arabes unis ont déclaré que des missiles iraniens avaient touché deux pétroliers battant pavillon émirati, tuant un marin indien et blessant huit membres d'équipage. L'Iran a affirmé que les navires avaient ignoré les avertissements et s'étaient engagés sur une route interdite.

L'Iran a également déclaré avoir lancé des attaques de missiles et de drones contre des installations militaires américaines à Bahreïn, tandis que Bahreïn et la Jordanie ont signalé avoir intercepté plusieurs missiles entrants.

Réaction du marché

Les prix du pétrole ont grimpé d'environ 2 %, le baril de Brent atteignant 84,98 $ et le WTI augmentant à 79,79 $. Le Brent avait déjà bondi de 9,6 % lors de la séance précédente, marquant sa plus forte hausse quotidienne depuis mai 2020. Les bourses asiatiques ont évolué de manière contrastée, les investisseurs réagissant à l'escalade du conflit.
