China steckt viel Geld und Fertigungskapazitäten in humanoide Roboter, um im Rennen um die nächste große Technologiebranche die Führung zu übernehmen. Das Problem ist, dass die Maschinen außerhalb von sorgfältig kontrollierten Vorführungen immer noch mit grundlegenden Aufgaben zu kämpfen haben.

In einem Schulungszentrum in Liuzhou lernen mehr als 100 humanoide Roboter Aufgaben wie das Sortieren von Kisten, das Verpacken von Nudeln und das Kaffeekochen. Ein unerfahrener Trainer benötigt unter Umständen 300 Versuche, um eine brauchbare Bewegung zu erzielen, während ein erfahrener Trainer dies in etwa 50 Versuchen schafft.

China lieferte im vergangenen Jahr weltweit rund 20.000 Humanoide aus, wobei chinesische Hersteller laut BofA Global Research 95 % ausmachten. Das Land rechnet damit, in diesem Jahr mehr als 100.000 Einheiten zu bauen, während BofA bis 2030 prognostiziert, dass jährlich weltweit 1,2 Millionen Einheiten ausgeliefert werden.

Die staatliche Unterstützung treibt den Boom maßgeblich voran. Von Reuters geprüfte Daten zum öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen zeigten im ersten Halbjahr 2026 staatliche Käufe im Wert von mindestens 230 Millionen Dollar, verglichen mit 62 Millionen Dollar im Vorjahr.

MARKTREAKTION

Investoren preisen bereits das enorme zukünftige Wachstum ein. Das Debüt von Unitree in Shanghai am 19. August ließ die Aktien um mehr als das Fünffache steigen und bewertete das Unternehmen kurzzeitig mit rund 50 Milliarden Dollar, bevor die Aktie wieder nachgab.

Unterdessen fallen die Preise. Morgan Stanley erwartet, dass die Durchschnittspreise für Humanoide im Jahr 2026 um 15 % sinken werden.
