Vous pouvez facilement réinitialiser votre mot de passe MT4/MT5 en suivant ces étapes :

Étape 1 : Connectez-vous à votre portail client.
Étape 2 : Dans le menu, accédez à la section Plateformes.
Étape 3 : Dans la section Plateformes, sélectionnez soit MT4, soit MT5.
Étape 4 : Sélectionnez le compte MT4/MT5 pour lequel vous souhaitez réinitialiser le mot de passe.
Étape 5 : Dans la section Paramètres , recherchez Mot de passe et cliquez sur Modifier. Vous verrez ici deux options : Modifier le mot de passe principal ou le mot de passe investisseur.
Mot de passe principal : Le mot de passe principal vous donne un accès complet à votre compte de trading.
Mot de passe investisseur : Il s'agit d'un mot de passe (lecture seule) qui permet un accès limité à votre compte, car vous pouvez consulter les transactions ouvertes et clôturées, mais vous ne pouvez pas placer de nouvelles transactions.
Étape 6 : Vérifiez votre e-mail pour le nouveau mot de passe.
