Untuk melakukan transfer internal, silakan ikuti langkah-langkah berikut: 

  1. Masuk ke Portal Pengguna: Gunakan email dan kata sandi Anda untuk mengakses sistem. 

  2. Masuk ke bagian Dana: Setelah login, temukan dan klik tab “Dana” pada menu navigasi utama. 

  3. Pilih opsi Transfer: Di dalam bagian Dana, pilih “Transfer” dari menu dropdown untuk melanjutkan proses transfer internal. 

  4. Pilih E-Wallet: Pilih E-Wallet yang ingin Anda gunakan untuk mentransfer dana ke akun trading pilihan Anda. 

  5. Pilih akun: Pilih salah satu akun trading yang tersedia dan tentukan akun mana yang akan menerima dana. 

  6. Masukkan detail transfer: Tentukan jumlah yang ingin Anda transfer, atau klik opsi persentase, lalu klik Transfer. 

  7. Konfirmasi transaksi: Tinjau ringkasan transaksi dan klik “Konfirmasi” untuk menyelesaikan proses. 

  8. Periksa riwayat transaksi: Setelah transaksi berhasil diproses, dana akan masuk ke akun pilihan Anda. 

Catatan: Transfer hanya dapat dilakukan antar akun dengan mata uang yang sama. Jika Anda ingin mentransfer dari E-Wallet dengan mata uang berbeda, Anda harus melakukan penukaran mata uang terlebih dahulu.
