Si vous avez oublié le mot de passe de connexion à votre Portail Client, vous pouvez facilement le réinitialiser en suivant les étapes ci-dessous :

  1. Accédez à la page de connexion TradeQuo et cliquez sur le lien « Mot de passe oublié » (affiché en rouge).
    Vous pouvez également y accéder directement via le lien suivant :
    https://my.tradequo.com/fr/auth/sign-in

  2. Saisissez l’adresse e-mail utilisée lors de votre inscription chez TradeQuo, puis cliquez sur « Continuer ».

  3. Vous recevrez un code de vérification par e-mail. Entrez ce code dans le champ prévu à cet effet et cliquez sur « Continuer ».

  4. Créez un nouveau mot de passe et cliquez sur « Continuer ». Assurez-vous que votre mot de passe respecte les exigences affichées sur la page.

  5. Votre nouveau mot de passe est maintenant défini. Utilisez-le pour vous connecter et finaliser le processus.
